Política de col·laboració

Si la vostra organització vol donar suport a Decidim, podeu esdevenir una entitat col·laboradora de Decidim.

Sustaining Decidim takes time and resources. Several tasks need to be handled, such as reviewing contributions, triaging issues, fixing bugs, writing documentation, and answering general doubts shared by the community. Any organization (enterprise, association, or collective) willing to become a Decidim Partner is committed to contribute to the Decidim Association with a reduced fee of the 3% of the yearly income generated by Decidim activities. In the case of nonprofit organizations, this fee is 1.5%.

Every Decidim Partner will be made publicly visible in the Decidim main website and the GitHub project README page. In addition, the Decidim Association will recommend Decidim Partners in our talks and email conversations about providing services with Decidim.

To support recently incorporated organizations, Decidim Partners will be exempted from contributing economically during their first year to first develop their business plan with Decidim. In the meantime, we recommend that Decidim Partners find other ways to contribute to the project (such as with bug reporting, documentation, participation and support in community activities, etc.).

Com esdevenir una entitat col·laboradora de Decidim?

1. Envieu un correu electrònic a associacio [at] decidim [dot] org amb les vostres dades de contacte i indiqueu a l'assumpte que voleu esdevenir una entitat col·laboradora de Decidim.
2. Ens posarem en contacte amb vosaltres per fer una videoconferència i, a continuació, avaluar la candidatura.
3. Si la candidatura és aprovada, la Comissió de Coordinació us enviarà cada any una declaració responsable perquè l'emplenu i la retorniu juntament amb el justificant de la transferència bancària corresponent.

Quins requisits ha de complir la meva organització per esdevenir entitat col·laboradora?

Heu d'acceptar complir i signar el Contracte Social, i també complir qualsevol de les condicions següents per poder formar-ne part:

• Gestió d'instàncies. Gestionar una o més instàncies actives de Decidim en el moment de la sol·licitud, per a l'ús propi de l'entitat o de tercers.
• Contribucions al projecte. Contribuir o haver contribuït de manera significativa al projecte Decidim.
